Has Google reached quantum supremacy?

​Has Google reached quantum supremacy? IBM says no. Google research paper calculates the task would have taken Summit, the world’s best supercomputer 10,000 years to complete.  This apparently has been surpassed by Google's Sycamore, which did it in 3 minutes and 20 seconds. Is society ready for this? I think I need to update all my passwords with hundreds of characters....
